Personal data

The data controller is Kazumitsu Ujisawa, whose contact details are given above. The site only collects what you choose to give it, and never sells it or uses it for profiling.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message are used only to reply to you. They are delivered by email through the Web3Forms service. They are kept for as long as the exchange lasts, then for three years at most after the last contact.
• Newsletter. If you sign up, your email address and language are entrusted to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), with your consent, confirmed by a validation email. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your address is deleted when you unsubscribe.
• Audience measurement. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying visitors. Only overall statistics result from it (pages viewed, countries, referrers).
• Videos. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s servers (Google), which then receive your device’s IP address. A video is only loaded when you click on it, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
• Hosting. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser) to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Some of these providers (Cloudflare, Google, Web3Forms) may process data outside the European Union. They do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to the address above or use the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Only your choice of theme (light or dark) is remembered in your browser. It is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

The texts, photographs, videos and recordings on this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction requires prior permission.

Concert presenters and the press may freely use the biographies, photographs and press kit from the press & presenters page to announce or present a concert by Kazumitsu Ujisawa, crediting the photographer.
